Unique views of the marina, on-site boat rentals, heated outdoor pool
The cleaning standards were disappointing with dirty floors and bathrooms. Better communication for housekeeping and maintenance would enhance the experience!!! I also didn't appreciate the inadequate privacy options in the units!!!

pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups
The staff were genuinely welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated Chris's recommendations for local dining, specifically The Sage and Cafe Margaux.
The river view was great although it could use more outdoor seating options.

Our gorgeous three-bedroom apartment was beautifully decorated and had a kitchen stocked with everything we needed. We spent relaxing afternoons by the heated swimming pool and enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evenings. Just a heads up, the traffic noise from the nearby drawbridge can be a little loud at times, but it didn't ruin our fantastic stay! 👍

Unique views of the marina stand out at this resort, providing a pleasant backdrop to any stay. The outdoor balconies offer a great spot for relaxation, although their charm is somewhat overshadowed by other unit details.
The Three-Bedroom Townhouse felt a bit run down, with worn furniture and stained upholstery that really takes away from any comfort you'd expect for the price. Entry was problematic because initial instructions were incorrect, leaving us standing outside in the dark, swarmed by mosquitoes. Inside, the master bedroom had two pieces of weave on the floor, and the lack of a hot tub was a disappointment since it was listed in the description. The dining area featured a high table with barstools that many, including my elderly grandma, found uncomfortable. Overall, it left me with the feeling that the unit needed some serious TLC to be worth the stay.

We had a fantastic time staying here! The pool was heated and very clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Dining at the restaurant next door was a highlight too. we loved the excellent food and drinks. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep despite a slight issue with musty odors.

The townhouse was very clean and comfortable for our family of six, making it a solid choice for our needs. The location offered convenient access to the Kennedy Space Center and great wildlife observations right outside, where we spotted dolphins and manatees. The nearby restaurant was a pleasant surprise, and the atmosphere at the Dolphin bar was fantastic for enjoying cocktails. However, there's no elevator which made navigation tough for my elderly family members with luggage, and the absence of breakfast was a letdown.

We had an awesome time at this place! The river view was a highlight, and the layout of our townhouse was perfect for hanging out with friends. This spot is great for a pre-cruise stay, too!
Although the restaurant had great views, I found it a bit overpriced for the food offered. I wish I had received an update about a charger I left behind.

My stay at Cape Crossing Resort & Marina was remarkable. The three-bedroom apartment featured exquisite decor and a spacious layout, truly one of the best accommodations I've ever experienced. The efficiency of check-in was commendable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The kitchen was well-equipped for meal preparations, and having access to free parking kept my vehicle cool during my stay. The nearby Dolphin Restaurant offered delicious food and a great atmosphere.
The only downside was the limited crockery in the apartment.
